Spicy,tangi and sweet Amla pickle recipe


 Now that it's amla season, so don't wait any longer, quickly make this delicious and healthy amla pickles!

We will need the flowing ingredients to make amla pickle.

1.Amla - 1kg

2.Salt - 2teaspoon

3. Turmeric powder -1 teaspoon

4.Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon

5. Fennel power - 1 teaspoon 

6.Beet salt - 1 teaspoon 

7.Mustard oil -2 tablespoon 

8.Bay leaves - 2-3 

9.Cardamom - 3-4

10.Garam masala -2-3 pieces

11.Dried red chilli 

12.Sugar - 400gm

Preparation Method:

First, take a pot of water and placket on the stove. Once the water is slightly warm, add the amla and cover it with a lid, let it simmer from 8-10 minutes, then strain the amla from the water. Next separate the seeds from the amla.

Now a pan on the stove and add the mustard oil. Once heated, add bay leaves garam masala, cardamom, whole five spice, fenne. Saute them lightly. Then add the amla. Stir for a amla evaporates. Once the water is mostly gone add suger. Keep the flame and str welk checking occasionally to the prevent sticking, gradually reduce the five spice powder and removes form heat. 

And there you have - it our quick and tangy, spicy sweet amla picklls.


Olive Pickle Recipe



Ingredients:

1. 1 kg olives

2.400 gm sugar

3. red chilies 5 piecs

4. 2 tsp mustard oil

5. garam masala 3/4 piecs

6. bay leaves 

7. 1tsp ginger paste

8. 1 tsp mustred paste

9. salt to taste


preaparation:

Boile the olives in a pan, hat water and add the olives. Boil until they soften, then mash them gently by hand. prepar the spice in a pan heat 2 tablespoon mustred oil add whole spices  bay levs drieds chilies, ginger past, garlic paste, and mustred paste. saute until the raw small disappears.


Mix white olives: Addikjo the boiled oliuves to the pan and mix well with the spices.

Add sugar: heat until everything combines and reaches a sticky once mixed add the suger and stir continuous consistency over mediumCool and store once done remove from heat and let it cool. Your delicouse olives pickle is ready.
